I cannot recommend JM Construction enough! What started as a simple call to have my roof inspected turned into a massive multi-stage renovation, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Based on the quality of the initial assessment, I decided to go all-in and have Martin handle a full roof replacement, exterior house painting, the addition of beautiful stone work, a complete landscaping overhaul, and replacing all the carpet in my home with LVP (Luxury Vinyl Plank).

I have been using jm roofing for my house, my sons apartment, my roof, my house addition over 815 square feet, my garage transitioned into a room for years and I mean 8 plus years there very professional answer calls fair in price I refer them all the time. If there is a problem they come and fix it right away with no problem. The owner and his wife are very approachable and they are on top of there employees to make sure they do a good job. I will continue to use them for all my construction and roofing needs. If you don't want to get ripped off then call them.

Where do I start. I was referred by a friend of Martin and from the 1st time we met it was just a wonderful experience. He is honest, he keeps his word and very reliable. His price was fair and his financing company was very easy to work with. He became such a blessing to us. The office manager grace is very professional and very kind. JM Roofing and Construction Co. has done wonderful jobs at my home. They replaced my roof three years ago and just recently they increased my rock wall and placed new title on my front entrance to my home. The men that worked on these jobs are excellent workers and dedicated to their profession! They report early in the morning and always clean up before they leave. Martin Lopez, the owner, is a very professional and respectful business man. I also like his policies and procedures for the jobs I am seeking. The JM Roofing Construction office staff, Grace, is also a wonderful professional.

Jm Construction did an excellent job revamping our backyard. They completed our project in two weeks, minus the two-day rain delay. Martin kept us up to date on the project, and if we ever had any questions, Martin was quick to respond. He provided a professional billing statement showing the breakdown. JM Roofing Construction did a great job installing a new roof on our house and on our garage. They were very prompt in starting the work and completing it. We hired JM Roofing/Construction in July 2022, to paint the exterior of our home which is part stucco/part brick. We also have wood moldings throughout. They replaced all of the rotted wood and painted the entire exterior. They also replaced the facing on our balcony and replaced, as well as reinforced the supporting posts. Finally, they added a decorative stacked stone finish which left our balcony looking beautiful. We also had them perform maintenance on our roof, which I regret not having them done our roof installment in the first place. The workers arrived on time each day and were very cordial, professional and neat. They cleaned up after themselves each day using a large trash bin (trailer) for dumping. They even offered to dump some of our own trash that we had accumulated over time. We were highly satisfied with the work that was done and the price we paid! We plan to call JM Roofing/Construction for future work.
